Sexual Health

National Sexual & Reproductive Health Day is an awareness day that encourages individuals, service providers and communities to talk, listen and learn about all things related to sexuality.

This years theme is all about encouraging communities, educators, health, practitioners and individuals to go online for sexual health information. The Internet is a great resource for information on sexual health - it can give you quick accurate, non-judgment sexual health information at any time of the day.
But be sure the information you’re looking at is reliable. You can do this in a few ways:
    1.     Do more searches to find out information about the organization or
           author that produced the information.

    2.     Visit more than one website to make sure you’re getting the
            right information.

    3.     Check out recommended links on a credible site.

Visit the Canadian Federation for Sexual health at www.cfsh.ca for information on healthy relationships, contraceptive, sexually transmitted infections and more.
